Author Guidelines

We invite contributions in the form of:

  • Original Research Articles
  • Review Papers
  • Short Communications
  • Case Studies
  • Perspective Articles
  • Technical Reports

Manuscript Format

  1. Title Page:
    • Title of the paper (concise and informative)
    • Full names of all authors with affiliations and ORCID iDs
    • Corresponding author’s email address
  2. Abstract:
    • 150–250 words
    • Should summarize the objective, methodology, key findings, and conclusion
  3. Keywords:
    • 3–6 keywords relevant to the content
  4. Main Text Sections:
    • Introduction
    • Materials and Methods
    • Results
    • Discussion
    • Conclusion
  5. References:
    • Follow APA or Harvard referencing style
    • Ensure complete and consistent citations
  6. Tables and Figures:
    • Submit figures in JPEG or PNG format (minimum 300 DPI)
    • Tables should be editable, not embedded as images
  7. Supplementary Material (if any):
    • Additional datasets, appendices, code, etc.

Manuscripts should be submitted through our Online Submission Portal or via email to: submit@idjns.com

All manuscripts must be original and not under review elsewhere.

Submission Preparation Checklist

Authors must ensure that their submission meets the following requirements before proceeding:

  1. The submission is original and has not been previously published, nor is it under consideration by another journal.

  2. The manuscript follows the journal’s formatting guidelines, including referencing style, headings, and structure.

  3. All authors have been properly listed, and their affiliations and contact information are accurate.

  4. Where available, URLs or DOIs for references have been provided.

  5. The manuscript file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF format.

  6. Figures and tables are embedded in the text at appropriate positions or submitted as supplementary files if required.

  7. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

  8. Any identifying information has been removed from the manuscript to ensure a double-blind peer review (if applicable).

  9. Permission has been obtained for any copyrighted material used in the submission.

  10. A conflict of interest statement has been included where necessary.

By checking these items, authors confirm that they understand and agree to abide by the journal’s ethical policies and submission standards.

This means:

  • The article can be freely shared and adapted for any purpose, including commercial use.
